ベルリンが生んだボヘミアン。それが、Zuckermannである。いわば、彼はベルリン・アンダーグラウンド・ハウスやテクノの"荒々しい世界"と"よりよい生活"の相違をものともしなかった。その結果、彼の音楽は、この対局を合わせようという意思のもとに洗練され現実のものとなった。それは、この両者に含む虚無に陥る危険をはらむことでもあった。Zuckermannの音楽的アプローチは、脱構築し、エレクトロニック（ダンス）ミュージックのさらに発展させることにある。それゆえ、彼の音楽は、常に同時代的であり、多くの人の興味をそそる。この手法のために、彼は、一見、似つかわしくないような音楽（クラシック、実験音楽、ジャズ、唱歌、etc…）や音楽とは異なる思想や音、楽曲を形作るための同時代的な概念を用いる。ゆえに、彼のフロア向けの楽曲は、他とは異なった個性的なものとなり、注目をあびている。事実、数多くの著名アーティスト（Troy Pierce, Jesse Rose, Todd Bodine, Taras van de Voorde, Chloe, Miss Jools, Brother's Vibe,Pig & Dan等々）からトップクラスの反応を得ている。本年３月、Lebensfreude Recordsからフルアルバム"Serendipity"がリリースされ、既にリミックス・ワークスが２作品（EP1-Falko Brocksieper, Benjamin Fehr, Stereofysh remix, EP2- Peter Schumann, Florian Schirmacher, Tolga Baklacioglu remix）がリリースされている。ベルリン、クロイツベルクが生んだベルリン・アンダーグラウンドの真の生き証人Ralph Zuckermannの独創的グルーヴと音楽を是非、体験して下さい。

15年以上のライブアクトとしてのキャリアを持つJoerg Jochims ことJOIXは、90年代のテクノの新しい音の世界の虜になり、96年、自身の楽曲の製作をスタートさせた。現在まで、活動の拠点を工業都市マンハイムに置いている。９０年代 "Der 7. Weg"のメンバーとして活動、キャリアを積み、97年から03年までに、Tresor. BerlinやHarlequins Castleでのフェス、Evosonicといったラジオ局でパフォーマンスを行い、これらの活動は、CDだけでなくヴァイナルでリリースされている。2009年より、JOIXという名のプライベート・スタジオの運営を開始。彼の音楽は、基本的にデトロイト、ベルリン、フランクフルトのエレクトロニック・ミュージックに影響を受けており、彼のDEEPかつエモーショナルなテクノの特徴的な点は、ファットなベースライン、独自の音像、流れて行くかのようなビートにある。彼は、楽曲のほとんどをアナログ・モジュラー・シンセサイザーで製作し、それが彼のサウンドのキーとなっている。また、ライブ機材は、アナログ・サウンド・モジュール、キーボード 、PCから構成されており、このシステムは、クラブに機能的な音楽と同時に実験的な音楽を作り出すことを可能にしている。それは、ライブアクトでありながら、Djのように状況に応じたプログラムに変えていくことを可能にしているということである。近年は、このシステムにディジュリドゥを加え、エレクトロニック・ダンスミュージックの深淵の世界へ人々を導いている。彼の音楽にふれる一番の方法は、ライブを体感することであることは間違いない。
DJ Compufunk (Motech, Compufunk Records)
今年で18年目を迎える老舗レコード・ショップ「COMPUFUNK（コンピューファンク）RECORDS」主宰。DJ LOVEGOD名義で1990年代よりDJとして活動し様々なPatyをオーガナイズ。又、出演。楽曲も国内レーベルのSound-Channel,Grasswax,Jet Set等への提供や、デトロイト"DJ 3000"が主催する”MOTECH ”"から4タイトルをデジタル・リリース。同レーベルのコンピレーション・アルバム”Broken Research 1 & 2"にも収録。又、オリジナル & DJ DEX (UR061) Remixを含むCOMPUFUNKヴァイナル・レーベルを始動。レーベル第２弾として、Mark Flash(UR078)、DJ 3000のRemixを収録した(A.I.SOUL EP)をリリースするなど精力的に活動中。
RYOMA SASAKI (Transit records Kyoto)
トラックメイカー 90年代初頭より本格的に音楽活動を開始。現在、数多くのイベントで主にLive P.A./Actとして活動中。 これまでにカナダのレーベル・Dirty Worksより、チャートで上位を獲得し、長期にわたってチャート・インするロングラン・ヒットを記録したアルバム"Calling of Amon"をはじめ数作の楽曲をドロップ。2009年よりレコードショップ・Transit Records Kyoto(京都河原町丸太町上ル)を運営。2011年、自身のヴァイナル・レーベルTR-Kyotoをスタートさせ、昨年１月にはレーベルの第２弾ヴァイナル作品として、自身の作品"Transit EP" (Tagtrumer Remix収録)をリリース。2011年より、4年連続でベルリンをはじめドイツでのDJツアーを行い、昨年３月、７月には、テクノ・ミニマル系最高峰クラブのTresor. Berlinに出演した。また昨年１０月には、南西ドイツ放送（Sdwestfunk）の番組で特集された。本年6−7月もベルリン、ハンブルグなどでのドイツツアーを敢行し成功をおさめ、さらに精力的に活動を展開している。

ZUCKERMANN (Lebensfreude Records/Berlin)

Zuckermann is a Berlin born Bohemian. Thus, he has never minded the gap bewtween the“good life” and the “rough” world of Berlin underground House and Techno. As a result, his music is sophisticated and real with the intention to merge these opposites - the risk of stepping into the void between them included. Zuckermann’s approach is about deconstructing and further developing electronic (dance) music so it sounds interesting and contemporary. In order to do this he uses unlikely but fitting references to other genres (classical, experimental 20th century music, jazz, children’s songs…), non-musical ideas and sounds, as well as contemporary conceptual thinking to craft his tracks. His more floor oriented tunes rock exactly because they are different. This approach and the musical and floor qualities of his tracks have brought him some top-class feedback and plays by many respected artists such as Troy Pierce, Jesse Rose, Todd Bodine, Taras van de Voorde, Chloe, Miss Jools, Brother’s Vibe, or (unlikely) even Pig & Dan. Zuckermann has released on a number of up-and-coming German labels (among them FormResonance - run by Wareika’s singer Florian Schirmacher), but has now turned his focus to Berlin’s Lebensfreude Records where he has just released his rather interesting album “Serendipity” in March 2014. A first remix EPs was out in February with remixes by Falko Brocksieper (Sub Static, Treibstoff, Contexterrior, Tuning Spork) Benjamin Fehr
(Catenccio, Foundsound, Brouqade, Frucht) and Stereofysh (Lebensfreude, Pampa). A second remix package just came out May 4, with remixes by Peter Schumann (Kater Holzig, Platte International), Florian Schirmacher (Perlon, Poker Flat, Innervisions, FormResonance)
and Tolga Baklacioglu (Lebensfreude, Resopal Schallware, Vent).
Concerning his DJ carreer, apart from many upcoming gigs in the frame of “10 years of Lebensfreude Records” (Berlin, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Osaka, Kyoto…) he is resident at Dada, Beijing.

Joerg Jochims aka JOIX was born in Berlin in 1977.
He moved to a village near Heidelberg at the tender age of three.
It was in the early 90s when he heard the first sets from DJs of the upcoming techno scene at hr3's Saturday nights Radioshow Clubnight. He was captured by this new world of sounds. This attraction made him finally start off with the creation of his own electronic sounds in 1996.
This was the beginning of his career as producer and liveact of electronic music. JOIX who is now based at the industrial town Mannheim, collected experience as liveact when was part of "Der 7. Weg".
From 1997 till 2003 he performed live at Clubs like the Tresor in Berlin, festivals like Harlequins Castle and on radio stations like Evosonic.
All this led to the release of diverse performances published on vinyl as well as CD. Since 2009 Joerg runs his own private home studio in Mannheim under the name "JOIX".
His sound is mainly influenced by electronic music from Detroit, Berlin and Frankfurt. Characteristic for his deep and impulsive Techno are phat bass lines, strange soundscapes and drifty beats. The deepness of his tracks unfolds its effect mainly on the dark dance floor, but is complex enough to be thrilling on your home hi-fi as well. JOIX generates most of the sounds on his analog-modularsynthesizer. This combined with the absence of any bought sample libraries or presets, confronts the listener with an extraordinary, overwhelming and unusual interpretation of electronic music. The audible and perceptible presence of analog sounds is the key to JOIX's music. This is expressed by voluminous, wide, powerful and embracing sounds which are often differentiated and warm at the same time. Distinctive subliminal random effects are creating unique livelines
due to irregular voltage levels inside the analog technical equipment.
The best way to come in touch with his music is to hear and feel him perform live on stage.
As a liveact with more than 15 years of live experiences, JOIX is able to create deep and powerful vibes on the dance floor. His live gear consists of analog sound modules, keyboards and laptops. That gives him the ability to make very experimental sounds as well as functional club music. Like a DJ he can change his music program "on the fly" to adapt to the local situation and the crowd. The newest element included in his performance is a didgeridoo applied to his analog equipment. This strong combination of digital, analog and acoustic sounds will take the people on a very special journey to the deepest worlds of electronic dance music.
